We carved our pumpkins the night before Halloween. I see all these fantastic carvings on pinterest and wonder how they do it. I’ve never been great at carving pumpkins. We do it every year, and have a great time doing it – they just never look like the ones I see everyone else do. Oh well. It’s the family fun time that’s important anyway!
I love this picture. Landon is watching Brad as he’s carving the face in his pumpkin.
And this is the finished pumpkin. With the matched face of its creator.
Then Landon thinking this is the funniest thing ever tries to mimic Brads face:
Riley spent the whole time engrossed in sensory exploration of pumpkin guts and managed to get himself, the table and entire dining room floor a sticky pumpkin mess.

My kids wouldn’t even touch the insides of the pumpkins! Little stinkers!
