Riley just woke up from a nap.
I’m NOT napping.
Not that I don’t want to be. We’re in the schedule of nap times now that makes it hard to get anything done, unless I stretch nap times for Riley, which results in a cranky kid. In order for them to nap the best Riley usually goes down at about 10:00am and sleep until 12pm. Landon naps from 1pm to 2:30pm. Riley is back down at 3pm until 4pm. Which all means, no nap for me. Now there’s no way I do this schedule every day, I can’t be in the house that whole time every day. Landon can’t do that. There’s too many play dates to go to, parks to visit and walks to go on to be stuck home from 10:00 am until 4:00pm. I would go crazy. But I try to give Riley a few days a week where he’s able to nap like this and Landon and I just do projects at home like this or this or this. It will be wonderful here in a few more months when both boys are napping at the same time then I can join them in their slumber.
This afternoon I have plans of doing a finger painting flag craft something for 4th of July decorations. I don’t know exactly what yet or how it will work out. I’m kind of a fly by the seat of your pants kind of girl when it comes to crafts like this.
My mom also came over today and we went shopping for new patio furniture for my birthday/anniversary. Super excited to put the table together this evening. Thanks mom!
