When I was in the classroom I would do a whole unit on the gingerbread man. My class did a play that was stinkin’ cute so we were all excited about anything gingerbread man.
Paper Plate Gingerbread Man
Paper Plate
Brown Construction Paper
Brown Paint
Glue
Googly Eyes
Embellishments (like beads, sequins, glitter)
Paint one side of the paper plate and allow it to dry. Cut out a large circle (for the head), 2 arms, and 2 legs from the brown construction paper and glue them on to the paper plate. Add googly eyes and embellishments. We were all about the glitter (or sprinkles as Landon calls it) for this project. Just use whatever craft supplies you have.
